We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Qwilow for personal or professional development purposes, subject to the plan limits associated with your account.

Qwilow is designed to "break" websites for testing purposes. You are solely responsible for using the tool in appropriate environments. Do not use Qwilow on mission-critical production systems unless you understand the implications of the chaos scenarios you are injecting.
